- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12:00 PM ET for same-day processing)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to external factors, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and holidays.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the shipping method chosen. You will be able to review your total shipping cost before completing your order. ChicXMist offers the following:
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 (within the contiguous United States).
- Flat Rate Shipping: A standard fee for orders below $100.
Please note that shipping fees for international orders will vary depending on the country and shipping method selected.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to:
- Domestic: All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International: We ship to selected countries worldwide. International orders may incur additional shipping costs and customs fees.
If you are ordering internationally, please ensure that you are aware of any import restrictions or duties that may apply to your country of residence.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may take longer, but we will notify you if there are any delays.

5. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address when placing your order.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to incorrect or incomplete address information), we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

8. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@chicxmist.com. We will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

9. Return to Sender / Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the item, we will attempt to contact you for further instructions. If you provide a corrected address, we will reship the order. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

For international orders, ChicXMist offers shipping to select countries. Please note that the shipping fees and delivery times for international orders will vary based on the destination. Additionally, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.
